By accessing or using pagevacations.com (the “Site”) and any related services provided by CY Consulting LLC, operating as Page Vacation Rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Services Provided
We provide short-term vacation rental listings and property management services in and around Page, Arizona. Bookings are processed through third-party platforms (including Guesty and associated payment processors). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our services at any time without notice.
3. Bookings and Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates, fees, taxes, and any applicable security deposit are disclosed at the time of booking. Payment is collected by our third-party booking platform, and their terms apply in addition to ours. You are responsible for providing accurate guest information and valid payment details.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are specified at the time of booking and vary by property and rate. Please review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming your reservation. Refunds, when applicable, are issued through the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to use the property only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all posted house rules, occupancy limits, and community regulations. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear, for the conduct of everyone in their party, and for complying with local noise, parking, and HOA ordinances. Unauthorized events, parties, or subletting are strictly prohibited.
6. Property Owner Services
Property management agreements between owners and Page Vacation Rentals are governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms & Conditions apply only to use of this Site and do not replace or modify any executed management agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, photography, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of CY Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including booking platforms, payment processors, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
